Job Title: Warehouse Specialist - Administration & SAP Support
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
As a Warehouse Specialist - Administration & SAP Support, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on administrative and SAP-related activities. This hourly, non-union role ensures accurate processing of shipping and receiving transactions, maintains organized documentation, and helps resolve inventory and process issues within the warehouse. The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse experience, strong SAP knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot and coordinate across operational teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for warehouse operations, including organizing and maintaining shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork.
- Create, review, and manage Outbound Deliveries (OBDs) within SAP.
- Perform and monitor Goods Issues (GI) and Goods Receipts (GR) to ensure accurate inventory movement.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation such as packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery paperwork.
- Investigate and resolve warehouse and SAP discrepancies related to inventory, deliveries, and transactions.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel, transportation providers, and internal departments to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and SAP transaction accuracy.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and audit preparation as required.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements within warehouse administrative functions.
- This position is performed in a warehouse environment and may require frequent walking, standing, and occasional lifting.
- The role may support warehouse operations during peak periods or extended hours as required.

You Bring:
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse operations and administrative experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on SAP experience, including Outbound Deliveries (OBDs), Goods Issues (GI), and Goods Receipts (GR).
- Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, shipping and receiving processes, and inventory control.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP WM, EWM, or LE modules is preferred.
- Experience with inventory audits and cycle counting is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) is preferred.
The hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Hourly rate is $25.00-$32.00.
In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs, and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
