JOB DETAILS
- At least one multifamily project under your belt (ground up)
- Knowledge of the residential and multifamily construction market in Chattanooga
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of multifamily or commercial construction experience
- Experience supporting project management activities including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and scheduling
- Familiarity with multifamily construction processes, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
- Ability to assist with budgeting, project documentation, and cost tracking
- Knowledge of construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work onsite and support fast-paced construction operations throughout the project lifecycle
