• Competitive Pay - $22 – 24 hourly.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the daily operations of the apartment community and support the Property Manager in achieving property goals
• Help develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies designed to attract prospective residents and strengthen resident retention
• Coordinate and oversee leasing activities, including advertising, prospecting, apartment tours, applications, lease preparation, and renewals
• Build strong relationships with residents and address questions, complaints, and concerns professionally and effectively
• Help resolve resident disputes and identify solutions that support resident satisfaction and retention
• Provide leadership, training, guidance, and performance feedback to leasing associates and maintenance personnel
• Help coordinate property operations to ensure maintenance needs, work orders, repairs, and apartment make-readies are completed efficiently
• Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, expense management, rent collection, and other financial responsibilities
• Monitor property performance and help identify opportunities to improve occupancy, operations, and the resident experience
• Maintain accurate leasing, resident, financial, and property records
• Help ensure compliance with applicable property management laws, regulations, policies, and industry best practices

What Makes You Successful

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field
• Previous experience in a supervisory, leadership, or assistant manager capacity
• Knowledge of property management laws, regulations, leasing practices, and industry best practices
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and resident relations skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Confidence handling resident concerns, resolving problems, and making sound decisions
• Ability to analyze financial information and assist with budgeting and reporting
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, prospective residents, associates, vendors, contractors, and leadership

Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent walking and standing, as well as the ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, and reach. Associates must be able to use proper body mechanics and lifting techniques to occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
