Emerald Housing Management, LLC, is seeking a part-time Assistant Property Manager for our growing portfolio in Nashville, TN. Pay is based on experience level.
Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- 8 hours per day
- This position is not remote
Responsibilities:
The part-time Assistant Property Manager will support the community and Property Manager by:
- Accurately completing onsite accountancy
- Providing property tours for prospective tenants
- Coordinating tenant activiites
- Leasing apartment units
- Providing prompt, professional, and quality service to prospective residents, current residents, and vendors
- Performing other administrative functions - phone calls, emails, file management, etc.
- Serving as the person-in-charge when the Property Manager is out of office
Experience / Skills / Abilities:
- Customer Service
- Computer Literacy - Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic Accountancy
- Administrative / Office
- Experience with Fortress Property Management Software (preferred not required)
- Experience in leasing, property management, and/or affordable housing (preferred not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to resolve complaints / conficts in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and credit check
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- 18+ years of age
- High School diploma or GED
