We handle estates and trusts, probate and estate administration, business law, employment and civil litigation, bankruptcy, and immigration, and we’ve built a distinctive niche in digital asset and AI legacy planning. We’re adding attorneys who can own matters, work directly with clients, and grow with the firm.
The role
You’ll carry a caseload of probate and estate administration matters, including contested proceedings, from intake through resolution. This is a hands-on, client-facing role: you’ll be the person clients and fiduciaries call, you’ll appear in Surrogate’s Court and Chancery, and you’ll draft, negotiate, and litigate as the matter requires. Depending on your background, you may also take on business, civil, or other litigation work.
What we’re looking for
- Licensed and in good standing in New Jersey and New York (both required)
- Additional admission in Florida, Pennsylvania, or DC is a strong plus
- Meaningful probate / estate administration experience, including contested matters
- Litigation experience: motion practice, discovery, court appearances, settlement
- A track record of working directly with clients: you’re comfortable managing expectations, delivering hard news, and keeping people informed
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a technology-forward practice (we run on Clio and use AI tools daily)
- 3+ years of practice
