JOB DETAILS
What You’ll Do:
- Draft and implement comprehensive estate plans, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives
- Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation‑skipping transfer tax planning
- Handle trust administration and estate settlement matters
- Work directly with high‑net‑worth individuals, families, and closely held business owners
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals on complex planning strategies
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience focused on estate planning and related matters
- Strong drafting skills and deep understanding of trust and estate concepts
- Experience working directly with clients and managing matters independently
- Licensed and in good standing in the applicable jurisdiction
- Detail‑oriented, thoughtful, and client‑service driven
