Job Purpose
The CE Commercial NA Pricing & Programming Auditor protects company assets by ensuring that sales programs applied by dealers to CASE and New Holland CE products are valid based on the programs available at the time of settlement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform audits of all manual and automatic discounts claimed during vehicle settlements to end customers.
- Evaluate internal controls and compliance to company policies.
- Routinely correspond with manager about audit status and concerns.
- Ensure proper documentation and workflow for the program exception process.
- Manage and communicate chargeback findings with the field salespeople when discounts claimed do not meet audit requirements.
- Train field and inside sales on processes relevant to program auditing, as well as on ongoing annual programs.
- Support program managers with new programming creation or edits to existing programs to ensure the program meets audit standards and clearly represents the intention of the program offering.
- Review program documents/communications to ensure proper formatting, style, and correctness prior to publication.
- Represent team as subject matter expert on program audits in support of ad hoc projects.
- Routinely edit Dealer Operating Guide/Dealer Policy Manual sections applicable to Programming.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and minimum of 1 year of combined experience in Audit Financial Analysis, Public Accounting, Data Analysis, and/or related experience OR Associate’s degree in a relevant discipline and 3 years of related experience.

- SAP experience
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $63,700.00 - $97,700.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
