SUMMARY

The Billing Specialist is responsible for performing specified financial tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of the Billing Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Create customer invoices on a daily
• Create consumable supply invoicing – check current cost, adjust customer pricing when necessary to maintain proper margins as defined by management.
• Process monthly recurring invoices, adjusting pricing when
• Ensure all distribution codes are correct per line items on
• Email or mail invoices as designated by the customer’s
• Compiling, analyzing, and recording
• Verify any discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues as they arise when issuing monthly statements.
• Keeping customer files updated with current invoices, bills and contact

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years Billing Experience (multi-location commercial services preferred)
• Strong Collection Skills
• Excellent attention to detail & strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Great Plains preferred
