Business Development Analyst Jobs in Oregon: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a business development analyst in Oregon?
Business development analyst roles in Oregon do not require a state-issued license or registration. Most employers hire candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field, and a track of analytical or sales-support work. Oregon's concentration of technology and healthcare employers means candidates who build familiarity with those sectors, through internships, coursework, or adjacent roles in marketing or operations, move into analyst positions most quickly.
Which companies hire business development analysts in Oregon?
Oregon business development analyst roles are posted by Intel Corporation, Intel, and CVS Health and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Oregon's technology corridor anchored by Intel and the Portland metro's headquarters density make it one of the more active West Coast markets for this role.
Which Oregon cities have the most business development analyst jobs?
Portland, Hillsboro, and Oregon have the most business development analyst openings in Oregon. Portland dominates because it is home to the regional headquarters of major technology, healthcare, and consumer goods companies, while Hillsboro and Beaverton capture Intel and Nike's analyst hiring, and Eugene draws openings from the University of Oregon's affiliated commercial and research partnerships.
Are there remote business development analyst jobs in Oregon?
Yes, and more than most fields. Business development analysis is desk-based and output-driven, which makes it well suited to remote and hybrid arrangements. About 52% of business development analyst openings tied to Oregon are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting how broadly Oregon employers have adopted flexible work for analytical roles. The parts of the role most commonly done remotely include market research, financial modeling, and pipeline reporting.
How can I get hired as a business development analyst in Oregon with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a business operations, sales coordinator, or marketing analyst role at an Oregon technology or healthcare company, then moving laterally into business development once you have pipeline or partner-facing exposure. Intel, Nike, and Providence Health all run structured internship and rotational programs that place early-career candidates in analytical support roles. Building a portfolio of market-sizing or competitive analysis projects strengthens applications significantly, as does any Salesforce or CRM certification, which Oregon employers cite consistently in entry-level postings.
Where can I find and apply to business development analyst jobs in Oregon?
You can find and apply to business development analyst jobs in Oregon on Migrate Mate, which lists current Oregon openings across Portland, Hillsboro, Eugene, and other markets. Find roles that fit your experience and industry focus and apply directly to each employer from the listing.
