Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage the Front Desk team. Create weekly schedules and handle payroll reporting.
- Performance Standards: Regularly evaluate staff performance. Ensure the team follows all SOPs (e.g., check-in procedures, video recording quality) and provide coaching to improve their service and efficiency.
- Hands-on Leadership: Fill in for front desk duties when necessary to ensure coverage and lead by example.
2. Business Growth & Enrollment Strategy
- Lead Conversion: Manage the sales pipeline; proactively follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into paid enrollments.
- Targeted Promotion: Analyze class rosters to identify low-enrollment classes and implement immediate marketing actions to boost numbers.
- Marketing Strategy: Oversee the social media content strategy (Instagram, WeChat, Little Red Book) to drive brand awareness. Note: This involves planning the content calendar, not just posting.
- Partnerships: Build relationships with local schools and community organizations to recruit new students and expand our reach.
3. Client Relations & Retention
- Proactive Engagement: Actively engage with parents to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement before they become complaints.
- Escalation Management: Handle high-level customer service issues, including refund requests, policy disputes, and sensitive parent communications.
- Retention: Maintain a high retention rate by ensuring family satisfaction; proactively engage with parents to gather feedback and address concerns early.
4. Operations & Facility Management
- Administrative Operations: Assist the Studio Director with class scheduling logistics and oversee the registration and billing processes to ensure accuracy.
- Studio Readiness: Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety; coordinate with vendors for repairs as needed.
- Event Logistics: Lead the planning and execution of large-scale events (recitals, competitions, camps) from budgeting to on-site logistics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Higher education degree in business management or 2+ years of proven management experience.
- Commitment: We are looking for candidates who can commit to at least 30 hours per week or Full-Time positions.
- Leadership: Ability to lead a team, handle difficult customer conversations, and drive performance goals.
- Results-Oriented: A track record of meeting sales targets or improving operational efficiency.
