NeverStopMoving365 is looking for a motivated, growth-minded business partner to help scale our Lancaster County territory. This role is ideal for someone who loves sales, community outreach, organization, numbers, and making sure the operational side of a growing business runs smoothly.
Our mission: to get more children moving beyond the school day while building confidence through positive, personalized and practical movement experiences.
Responsibilities
- Business development and cold outreach to schools, preschools, PTAs, camps, recreation departments, daycares, community organizations and other prospective partners.
- Grassroots local marketing, including flyers, business cards, yard signs, community events and relationship-building throughout the territory.
- Social media outreach and engagement that generates conversations, leads and local brand awareness.
- Consistent prospect follow-up and management of the sales pipeline from first contact through a clear next step.
- Budget and expense management, with attention to revenue, profitability and responsible territory growth.
- Weekly and monthly KPI tracking, including leads, proposals, bookings, revenue, payroll, expenses and margins.
- Identifying growth opportunities and helping build the infrastructure needed as the territory adds programs, clients and coaches.
