Partner Manager Jobs in Pennsylvania: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a partner manager in Pennsylvania?
Most partner manager roles in Pennsylvania require a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, combined with experience in sales, account management, or business development. Pennsylvania does not issue a state license or certification for this role. Employers here typically promote from inside their sales or customer success organizations, so starting in an account executive or business development representative role at a Philadelphia or Pittsburgh technology or financial services firm is the most direct path.
Which companies hire partner managers in Pennsylvania?
Employers hiring partner managers in Pennsylvania right now include Esri, KAMBI, and piano, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Pennsylvania's density of enterprise technology firms, large insurers, and healthcare systems makes it one of the more active mid-Atlantic markets for partner and alliance roles.
Which Pennsylvania cities have the most partner manager jobs?
Philadelphia, Exton, and Allentown account for the most partner manager openings in Pennsylvania. Philadelphia leads because of its large base of enterprise software, financial services, and healthcare companies, while Pittsburgh's growing technology and healthcare sectors drive demand there, and suburban markets like King of Prussia attract regional headquarters and channel-focused divisions of national firms.
Are there remote partner manager jobs in Pennsylvania?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 100% of partner manager openings tied to Pennsylvania are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how much of the role centers on relationship calls, virtual demos, and digital pipeline management. Strategic alliance and SaaS channel roles are the most likely to be fully remote, while field-facing or co-selling roles typically require periodic travel to partner sites.
How can I get hired as a partner manager in Pennsylvania with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a business development representative or inside sales role at a Pennsylvania technology or financial services company, then transitioning into a junior partner or channel coordinator position. Comcast, SAP America, and major Philadelphia-area health systems regularly hire associates with limited experience into rotational or entry-level sales programs. A Salesforce certification or a completed partner enablement course strengthens your application and signals readiness for the technical side of managing a partner ecosystem.
Where can I find and apply to partner manager jobs in Pennsylvania?
You can find and apply to partner manager jobs in Pennsylvania on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings across Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and the surrounding region. Find roles that fit your experience and apply directly to the employers posting them.
