- Evaluates sick, urgent care, transitional care, and primary care patients
- Performs annual physical exams as needed
- Educates patients on maintaining proper health
- Evaluates, makes recommendations, co-manages, and treats patients' medical needs
- Participates in an interdisciplinary team providing care and coordination of our patients, ensuring the highest level of care
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Range: $127,504.00 - $161,782.40
