Location: Trenton, MO

Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Are you passionate about helping others achieve lasting recovery? Join our team as a Recovery Care Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey toward independence and wellness. In this role, you’ll provide guidance, coaching, and advocacy while fostering connectedness and modeling recovery values in a trauma-informed and culturally competent environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Empower participants to take an active role in their recovery process through guidance and coaching.
- Support decision-making, problem-solving, and life skills using trauma-informed tools.
- Help participants build natural supports and community connections that inspire purpose and belonging.
- Model recovery values and resilience through participation in recovery activities.
- Promote self-advocacy and assist participants in exercising their legal rights.

Deliver culturally competent interventions, including:

Functional skills (navigating social services, financial literacy, community resources)
- Socialization and coping strategies
- Self-management and trauma symptom monitoring
- Provide crisis support when needed and assist with case management services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team members through weekly meetings and supervision.
Experience and Education Qualifications
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Advanced knowledge in behavioral health and recovery
