- Mobility Assistance: Aid clients with mobility using Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices (experience preferred but not required).
- Follow Care Plans: Work closely with nurses, therapists, and doctors to provide care as outlined in individual care plans.
- Maintain Environment: Keep the home environment clean, safe, and supportive of each client’s needs.
- Documentation: Accurately record patient care and report any changes in condition to the care team.

- Certification: Current HHA certification or C.N.A. License.
- License: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- Experience: Prior experience with Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices is beneficial but not required.
