Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services and possess strong communication and account management skills. If you are passionate about customer relationship management and have experience with crm, excel, msft suite, this role may be perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide prompt response to requests
- Manage client communications
- Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and progress
- Collaborate with the advisor team to drive revenue growth
- Be available for off-site meetings to serve as host/scheduler at seminar events
- Assist in project management tasks related to client service initiatives
Skills:
- Experience in financial services or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Redtail or other CRM tools
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights
