About You
- 2–3 years of experience in commercial insurance client service or account management, with a track record of independently managing moderately complex Small Business accounts
- An active P&C license and a strong understanding of insurance products, coverage options, underwriting principles, and service processes
- The ability to assess complex client needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions with confidence and precision
- A consultative approach to engaging clients, building trust, and influencing decisions aligned with their goals
- A proactive mindset for identifying opportunities to expand accounts, cross-sell, and strengthen relationships
- Strong decision-making skills to resolve challenges effectively, always keeping client outcomes in focus
