Job Description:
- Executive Client Partnership & Advocacy: Act as the direct strategic extension and representative of our Android Client. Facilitate end-to-end communication, executive briefings, high-impact client-facing presentation creation using Google Workspace, stakeholder reporting, and strategic travel alignment on behalf of the client.
- Channel & Partner Relationship Strategy: Proactively develop, expand, and govern high-level relationships across Mobile networks. Align channel goals with overarching client initiatives to drive sustained market expansion.
- Strategic Alignment & Workflow Architecture: Partner with cross-functional operations and shared services teams to design, monitor, and optimize program workflows. Ensure resource allocation, field execution strategies, and project schedules align precisely with client expectations.
- Service Level & Quality Governance: Establish, monitor, and maintain key Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Quality Assurance (QA) standards across all program functions to continually gauge effectiveness and drive program enhancements.
- Advanced Performance Tracking & Executive Insights: Direct the data and analytics framework in collaboration with internal insights teams. Synthesize complex performance metrics, competitive intelligence, and field data into visually compelling, executive-level presentations and actionable recommendations for client leadership.
- Strategic & Budgetary Input: Participate actively in strategic business reviews, budget planning, forecasting, and resource optimization to ensure long-term program sustainability and profitability.
- Strategic Field & Project Oversight: Conduct targeted strategic travel to major markets to evaluate field connectivity, gauge partner alignment, ensure training compliance, and oversee high-priority product launch rollouts.
- Cross-Functional Team & Vendor Leadership: Provide senior-level leadership, direction, and mentorship to project managers, coordinators, and field teams—fostering an environment of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Strategic Mindset & Client Advocacy: Advanced ability to comprehend complex client ecosystems, anticipate market trends, and translate high-level client visions into actionable, scalable operational strategies.
- Executive Presence & Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a proven track record of presenting to senior executives and client leadership. Google Workspace Power User (Slides, Docs, Sheets) with advanced presentation design and visual storytelling skills, capable of independently creating high-stakes, executive-ready client decks.
- Business Insight & Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of business drivers, financial modeling, SLA management, and market dynamics within the mobile space. Demonstrated experience in budget planning and ROI analysis.
- Builds High-Impact Networks: Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organizations, cultivate executive-level relationships, and forge alignment across diverse stakeholder groups within the Mobile space.
- Drives Results & Scalable Operations: Track record of consistently exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) while establishing robust governance processes that ensure high-quality program execution across multiple markets.
- Cultivates Innovation & Workflow Optimization: Agile problem-solver with a focus on process redesign, operational efficiency, and leveraging modern tools and analytics to overcome complex business challenges.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required (or equivalent professional experience). 5+ years of progressive account management, client services, or retail operations leadership experience within consumer technology or telecom required. Ability to travel as needed (up to 25–35%).
