ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Deliver direct nursing services following the established protocols, policies, and procedures of the healthcare facility. Acting as the lead coordinator across all clinical disciplines to ensure integrated patient care.
- Executing and overseeing patient care plans while tracking, documenting, and reporting changes in patient status.
- Acknowledge and fulfill orders issued by physicians and nursing leadership.
- Evaluating discharge requirements and collaborating with the healthcare team to organize planning needs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- One or more of the following required:
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

- Monday - Friday / 40 hours per week / Days
