Because we do not have a retail optical, our focus is entirely on providing an elite medical and wellness experience. As we grow as a practice, you will bridge the gap between high-tech clinical testing and expert patient advocacy, ensuring every person who walks through our door feels prioritized and well-cared for.
What You’ll Do:
- Patient Concierge: Act as the dedicated point of contact for our patients. You will manage the practice’s energy, from the first warm greeting to the final check-out.
- Billing & Insurance Expert: Take ownership of the "behind-the-scenes" essentials. This includes verifying medical and vision benefits, obtaining authorizations, and ensuring accurate billing and claim submission.
- Clinical Pre-Testing: Perform precise diagnostic workups, including Autorefraction, IOP, and Visual Acuity, to prepare patients for the doctor.
- Practice Flow Management: Handle scheduling and phone triage with a focus on providing a seamless patient experience.
