INTRODUCTION

Well established GC seeking Commercial Construction Project Manager for Project Manager in Greeley, CO. Client has many active projects across the front range.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Highly organized with well-developed time management and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to develop, maintain, and manage complex project schedules and critical path activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, equipment vendors, and regulatory agencies
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to plan effectively, multitask, and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proven capability to supervise, lead, and guide construction teams through successful project completion

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field required
- 5–10 years of commercial construction experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Ground up and Tenant Improvement experience with projects ranging in size from $2m–$80m

COMPENSATION

- Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
