What You Will Do
Our real estate brokers are involved in all aspects of the business. You will work hand in hand with senior brokers to learn the market and execute deals. You will work directly on diverse projects such as:
- Selling unique 1930s buildings in Houston’s urban core.
- Finding the perfect retail space for independent fitness studios.
- Leasing historic spaces to trendy restaurants.
Day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to:
· Cold calling on prospective properties
· Gathering data and generating comparative market analysis reports on properties
· Assisting with property tours
· Identifying properties/spaces for Tenant and Buyer clients
· Responding to initial inquiries regarding properties
· Working alongside senior brokers to facilitate deals from start to finish
