As a Security Officer Patrol Communications in Henderson, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff while working with a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour
Job Schedule:
What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility grounds, parking areas, entrances, corridors, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
- Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying authorized access, and directing visitors according to site-specific procedures.
- Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
