KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain STIHL and Toro outdoor power equipment, including chainsaws, mowers, and trimmers.
- Service rental equipment such as trenchers, stump grinders, woodchippers, excavators, skid steers, and more.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fuel systems.
- Deliver and pick up rental equipment safely using company vehicles and trailers, ensuring secure transport and proper documentation.
- Respond to field service calls for on-site repairs and breakdown assistance.
- Maintain organized shop operations, inventory, and accurate service records.
- Follow all safety protocols and provide excellent, courteous customer service.
