Frame Your PMP Credentials for Client Delivery
Aditi Consulting places Program Managers with end clients, so your resume needs to show cross-functional delivery experience, not just internal project work. Certifications like PMP or CSM signal readiness for client-facing placements and strengthen your sponsorship case.
Target Aditi Roles Tagged for Immediate Placement
Aditi fills client headcount on defined timelines, meaning Program Manager openings often have a hard start date. Filtering for roles with urgent or immediate placement language tells you where sponsorship is most likely to move quickly through the process.
Search Open Positions Through Migrate Mate
Migrate Mate lets you filter Program Manager openings at Aditi Consulting by visa type, so you can surface roles where your specific status, whether F-1 OPT, TN, or H-1B transfer, is already supported before you apply.
Confirm the Sponsoring Entity on Your Offer Letter
Aditi operates through multiple legal entities. Before your start date, verify that the entity named on your offer letter is the same entity filing your Labor Condition Application with DOL. A mismatch causes delays and may require refiling.

Find Program Manager at Aditi Consulting JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Aditi Consulting sponsor H-1B visas for Program Managers?
Yes, Aditi Consulting sponsors H-1B visas for Program Manager roles. Because Aditi is a staffing firm, your H-1B petition names Aditi as the petitioner, and you're placed with a client. Confirm during your offer stage that the role qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards, which generally requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
How do I apply for Program Manager jobs at Aditi Consulting?
You can find and apply for Program Manager openings at Aditi Consulting through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can find positions that match your current status. When you apply, tailor your resume to show client-facing delivery experience, since Aditi places Program Managers across client engagements rather than hiring purely for internal operations.
Which visa types does Aditi Consulting commonly use for Program Manager roles?
Aditi Consulting sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas for Program Manager positions. H-1B is the most common long-term path. TN is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying management roles. F-1 OPT and CPT work for students or recent graduates with active employment authorization from their university.
What qualifications does Aditi Consulting expect for sponsored Program Manager positions?
Most Program Manager roles at Aditi require a bachelor's degree in a field like business administration, engineering, computer science, or information systems. Because USCIS must classify the role as a specialty occupation for H-1B purposes, the degree requirement is a hard threshold, not a preference. Relevant certifications such as PMP or Agile credentials, combined with client-delivery experience, strengthen both your application and the sponsorship petition.
How do I get H-1B sponsorship through Aditi Consulting if I'm currently on OPT?
If you're on F-1 OPT, Aditi can file your H-1B petition during the annual registration window in March. USCIS opens registration in the first week of March, and if selected, your petition is filed for an October 1 start date. If your OPT expires before October 1 and your petition was timely filed, cap-gap protection under USCIS rules extends your work authorization automatically.
