Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Program Manager Jobs at Aldridge Electric Jobs
Align your credentials to specialty occupation standards
H-1B eligibility requires the role to qualify as a specialty occupation. For Program Managers at Aldridge Electric, document how your degree field directly supports project delivery in electrical infrastructure or consulting services, not just general management.
Target Aldridge Electric's infrastructure-focused openings
Aldridge Electric staffs Program Managers across utility, transportation, and commercial projects. Search for postings that reference specific project portfolios or client sectors, since those roles are more likely to have defined degree requirements that support a successful H-1B petition.
Confirm OPT and CPT eligibility early in your job search
Aldridge Electric sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT, so if you're on a student visa, verify your program end date and the 90-day unemployment clock before accepting an offer. Delays in start dates on large infrastructure projects can put your work authorization timeline at risk.
Ask directly about TN eligibility during offer negotiations
Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify for TN status in a management consultant or engineer category depending on how the Program Manager role is scoped. Raise this with Aldridge Electric's HR team before the offer letter is finalized, since TN classification shapes the filing process entirely.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Program Manager roles at Aldridge Electric
Sponsorship-eligible Program Manager positions at Aldridge Electric aren't always labeled clearly on general job boards. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for roles at this employer that support visa sponsorship, so you're applying to positions already confirmed as sponsorship-eligible.
Prepare for DOL prevailing wage requirements before the LCA stage
Before Aldridge Electric can file your H-1B petition, they must submit a Labor Condition Application certifying your offered wage meets DOL prevailing wage levels for Program Managers in your work location. Research the relevant wage tier for your metro area so compensation discussions align with what USCIS will scrutinize.

Find Program Manager at Aldridge Electric JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Aldridge Electric sponsor H-1B visas for Program Managers?
Yes, Aldridge Electric has a demonstrated history of sponsoring H-1B visas for Program Manager roles. The process requires the position to qualify as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards, meaning the role must normally require at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Program Managers with backgrounds in engineering, construction management, or project management disciplines are generally well-positioned for this classification.
How do I apply for Program Manager jobs at Aldridge Electric?
You can apply directly through Aldridge Electric's careers page or through job boards that list their openings. For internationally qualified candidates, Migrate Mate filters Program Manager roles at employers with a verified sponsorship history, including Aldridge Electric, so you can prioritize applications where sponsorship is already confirmed rather than asking at the end of the process.
Which visa types does Aldridge Electric use for Program Manager roles?
Aldridge Electric sponsors H-1B visas for longer-term work authorization and supports F-1 OPT and CPT for candidates currently on student visas. TN status may also be available for Canadian or Mexican nationals depending on how the Program Manager role is classified. The right visa type depends on your nationality, current status, and the specific scope of the position you're offered.
What qualifications does Aldridge Electric expect from Program Manager candidates?
Program Manager roles at Aldridge Electric typically draw on experience overseeing infrastructure or utility projects, with backgrounds in electrical, civil, or construction management fields. A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is generally expected, and prior experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and client relationships on field-heavy projects carries significant weight given the company's operational focus.
How do I plan my timeline around the H-1B cap if I get an offer from Aldridge Electric?
If you're not currently H-1B cap-exempt, Aldridge Electric would need to submit your registration during the annual H-1B lottery, which opens in March for an October 1 start date. If you're on OPT when you receive an offer, a timely USCIS cap-gap extension can bridge the gap between your OPT expiration and the H-1B start date, provided your employer files before your OPT expires.
