Job Roles at Asbury Automotive Group Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Asbury Automotive Group Visa Sponsorship USA
Target corporate and support roles, not dealership floor positions
Asbury's visa sponsorship activity is concentrated in professional and corporate functions rather than sales or service technician roles. Focus your search on finance, IT, operations, and management positions where degree requirements align with Green Card sponsorship criteria.
Understand that Asbury sponsors permanent residence, not temporary work visas
Asbury's sponsorship history centers on EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways. If you need temporary H-1B status, this may not be the right fit, but if you're targeting long-term U.S. permanent residence, Asbury's sponsorship profile is worth pursuing.
Align your credentials with EB-2 or EB-3 requirements before applying
EB-2 requires an advanced degree or exceptional ability; EB-3 covers professionals with a bachelor's degree. Confirm your qualifications match one of these categories before targeting Asbury, so you're positioned for the pathway they actually sponsor.
Look for roles in automotive operations management and technology
Asbury has invested heavily in digital retailing and technology-driven dealership operations. Roles in automotive technology, data analytics, and operations management are more likely to require the specialized credentials that support Green Card sponsorship eligibility.
Be upfront about your sponsorship needs early in the process
Since Asbury sponsors selectively rather than at high volume, raising your visa requirements early helps avoid late-stage surprises. Frame it as a straightforward PERM-based process, most corporate HR teams are familiar with EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship workflows.
Use Migrate Mate to find open roles at verified Green Card sponsors in automotive
Searching broadly wastes time on employers with no sponsorship history. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus specifically on companies like Asbury that have an established Green Card track record in your field.

Does Asbury Automotive Group sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Asbury Automotive Group does not have a notable history of sponsoring H-1B visas. The company's sponsorship activity has focused on permanent residence pathways, specifically EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards. If you require H-1B sponsorship, Asbury may not be the right match, but it remains a viable target for candidates pursuing long-term U.S. immigration through employment-based Green Cards.
What visa types does Asbury Automotive Group sponsor?
Asbury Automotive Group sponsors employment-based Green Cards, with sponsorship activity tied to the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. EB-2 applies to professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers professionals with a bachelor's degree. Both require the employer to complete the PERM labor certification process before filing an immigrant petition with USCIS.
Which departments or roles at Asbury Automotive Group are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Asbury is most commonly associated with professional, corporate, and technical roles rather than front-line dealership positions. Departments such as finance, information technology, operations management, and corporate strategy are the most likely areas where degree requirements and specialized skill sets align with EB-2 and EB-3 eligibility criteria. General sales and service technician roles are unlikely sponsorship candidates.
How do I find currently open sponsored roles at Asbury Automotive Group?
The most efficient approach is to use Migrate Mate, which tracks verified sponsoring employers and surfaces open roles filtered by real visa sponsorship history. This lets you confirm Asbury has active openings before investing time in an application. Job availability shifts frequently in automotive retail, so checking regularly gives you the best chance of catching a relevant opening.
How do I approach the Green Card sponsorship conversation when applying to Asbury Automotive Group?
Be direct and frame the conversation around the PERM-based process early, ideally during or just after the initial recruiter screen. EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship involves a multi-step employer commitment, so hiring managers need time to plan. Demonstrating that you understand the process, including PERM labor certification and I-140 filing, signals that you're a low-friction candidate who won't surprise the team later in the hiring cycle.
