Tailor your resume to banking sales
Centennial Bank's Sales roles emphasize deposit growth, loan origination, and small business relationships. Quantify client portfolios managed, products cross-sold, and revenue generated rather than listing generic sales experience that could belong to any industry.
Ask directly about sponsorship timelines
During the offer stage, ask the recruiter whether the bank uses premium processing for H-1B petitions. Standard USCIS processing can take several months, and your start date may need to align with your current status expiration or cap-subject filing windows.
Target branch markets with hiring activity
Centennial Bank operates primarily in the South and Midwest. Sales openings cluster around community banking markets rather than large financial hubs, so focus your applications on locations where the bank has an established retail or commercial presence.
Verify your credentials meet state licensing requirements
Many bank Sales roles require FINRA Series 6 or Series 63 licenses, or a state insurance license. Confirm which licenses the specific role requires before applying so you can address any gaps during the interview rather than at the offer stage.
Use Migrate Mate to find open sponsorship roles
Filtering for Sales roles at banks that actively sponsor can be tedious across general job boards. Migrate Mate surfaces positions at employers with a verified sponsorship track record, so you spend time applying rather than guessing which postings are open to visa holders.

Find Sales at Centennial Bank JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Centennial Bank sponsor H-1B visas for Sales roles?
Yes, Centennial Bank has sponsored H-1B visas for Sales positions. H-1B eligibility for these roles typically depends on whether the specific position qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards, which generally requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. Business administration, finance, or economics degrees commonly support H-1B petitions for bank Sales roles.
How do I apply for Sales jobs at Centennial Bank?
Applications go through Centennial Bank's careers portal, where open Sales positions are listed by location and function. You can also find verified openings on Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for roles at employers with sponsorship history. When applying, tailor your materials to community banking sales, emphasizing relationship management, deposit growth, and any licensed financial products experience.
Which visa types does Centennial Bank use for Sales hires?
Centennial Bank has worked with several visa categories for Sales roles, including H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, J-1, and Green Card pathways such as EB-2 and EB-3. The right category depends on your nationality, education, and current status. TN visas are available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional roles, which can be a faster path than H-1B for eligible candidates.
What qualifications does Centennial Bank expect for Sales roles?
Most Sales roles at Centennial Bank require a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, along with prior experience in retail banking, business development, or financial services sales. Roles involving investment or insurance products typically require FINRA or state licensing. Demonstrated experience managing a client book and meeting deposit or loan production targets strengthens any application significantly.
How do I time my application around visa processing for a Sales role?
If you're pursuing an H-1B, petitions are filed in April for an October 1 start date, so align your job search to have an offer in hand by early March. F-1 OPT holders should confirm the employer will file before OPT expires. TN visa holders can often start faster since TN status can be obtained at the Canadian or Mexican border without USCIS pre-approval.
