Cintas is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator. Responsibilities include supporting and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers; working with sales, internal departments and customers providing closed-loop communication; meeting tactical operational needs, including answering inbound calls, providing issue resolution, A/P, credit and billing requests; coordinating special orders, managing Customer Service reports; working with sales to coordinate account activities; creating, documenting and implementing process improvement.

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
- Experience communicating verbally and in writing with employees and customers at all levels of an organization
- Experience leading a team, directly or indirectly

- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Cintas systems (CCSS, Unity, Hybris)
