Align your credentials with U.S. accounting standards
CohnReznick hires Business Managers who understand U.S. GAAP and client-facing engagement workflows. If your credentials are foreign, have them evaluated by a NACES-approved agency before applying so your background maps cleanly to their expectations.
Target offices with advisory or assurance growth
CohnReznick's Business Manager openings concentrate in offices supporting high-growth advisory and assurance practices. Research which regional offices are expanding client service teams, since those locations are more likely to initiate sponsorship for the right candidate.
Confirm OPT eligibility before your first interview
If you're on F-1 status, verify your OPT authorization period aligns with CohnReznick's typical onboarding timeline. Accounting firm hiring cycles follow busy season patterns, so a misaligned work authorization end date can complicate an otherwise strong offer.
Browse open Business Manager roles on Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter CohnReznick's current Business Manager openings by visa type so you can focus on positions where sponsorship is explicitly supported, rather than spending time on roles where that pathway is unclear.
Prepare a concise sponsorship conversation for the offer stage
Accounting firms move quickly between final interviews and offers. Have a clear, factual summary of your current status, authorized work period, and which visa you need ready so CohnReznick's HR and legal teams can act without unnecessary back-and-forth.

Find Business Manager at CohnReznick JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does CohnReznick sponsor H-1B visas for Business Managers?
Yes, CohnReznick sponsors H-1B visas for Business Manager roles. The process requires the firm to file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL and submit a petition to USCIS on your behalf. Because H-1B cap-subject petitions follow a lottery, timing your application around the April filing window and confirming sponsorship intent during the offer stage is essential.
Which visa types are commonly used for Business Manager roles at CohnReznick?
CohnReznick supports several visa categories for Business Managers, including H-1B, E-3 for Australian citizens, TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and F-1 OPT and CPT for recent graduates. J-1 exchange visitor status is also supported in some cases. The right category depends on your citizenship, degree, and where you are in your career.
What qualifications are expected for Business Manager positions at CohnReznick?
CohnReznick typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with progressive experience in client-facing or engagement management roles. Familiarity with U.S. GAAP, audit or advisory workflows, and CPA licensure or progress toward it strengthens your profile. Foreign degree holders should have credentials evaluated by a NACES-approved service before applying.
How do I apply for Business Manager jobs at CohnReznick?
You can find and apply for Business Manager openings at CohnReznick through Migrate Mate, which lists current roles filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility. Once you identify a relevant opening, apply directly and be prepared to discuss your visa status early in the process. CohnReznick's recruiting cycle often aligns with accounting busy seasons, so earlier applications tend to get more attention.
How do I plan my timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship at CohnReznick?
Cap-subject H-1B petitions must be filed with USCIS by April 1 for an October 1 start date. If you're graduating in spring or transitioning off OPT, work backwards from that October start to determine when you need an offer in hand. F-1 OPT can bridge the gap, but confirm your OPT end date and any applicable STEM extension eligibility with your DSO before accepting an offer.
