Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Program Analyst Jobs at CohnReznick Jobs
Align your degree to the role
CohnReznick's Program Analyst positions typically require a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field. Confirm your credential maps directly to the role before applying, since visa petitions for specialty occupations hinge on this degree-to-job alignment.
Research CohnReznick's office locations early
CohnReznick operates across multiple U.S. markets with varying hiring activity for Program Analyst roles. Targeting offices in regions where they've historically staffed this function gives you a stronger shot than applying broadly across all locations.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Program Analyst roles
Searching broadly wastes time on employers who don't sponsor for this role type. Migrate Mate filters CohnReznick's open Program Analyst positions by visa sponsorship history, so you can apply where sponsorship is actually on the table.
Understand how the H-1B cap affects your start date
H-1B cap-subject petitions filed in April have an October 1 start date at the earliest. If you receive an offer outside that window, work with CohnReznick's HR team to confirm whether a cap-exempt filing or a bridge status is possible.
Prepare your credential documentation before the offer stage
Have your official transcripts, degree certificates, and any foreign credential evaluations ready before negotiations begin. CohnReznick will need these for the USCIS petition, and delays in gathering documents can push back your filing timeline significantly.

Find Program Analyst at CohnReznick JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does CohnReznick sponsor H-1B visas for Program Analysts?
Yes, CohnReznick sponsors H-1B visas for Program Analyst roles. The position typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field like accounting, finance, or business. If you're subject to the H-1B cap lottery, registration occurs in March for an October 1 start date. CohnReznick's HR and legal teams generally manage the filing process on the employee's behalf.
How do I apply for Program Analyst jobs at CohnReznick?
You can browse and apply for Program Analyst openings through CohnReznick's careers portal or find sponsorship-verified listings on Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship history. When applying, clearly indicate your visa status and work authorization timeline. CohnReznick recruits on a rolling basis, but campus and experienced hiring cycles often align with university recruiting seasons in the fall and spring.
Which visa types does CohnReznick commonly sponsor for Program Analyst roles?
CohnReznick sponsors several visa types for Program Analyst positions, including H-1B, E-3, TN, and J-1, as well as F-1 OPT and CPT for students. Australian citizens should ask specifically about the E-3, which avoids the H-1B lottery. Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying fields may be eligible for TN status. The right visa depends on your nationality, degree, and employment timeline.
What qualifications are expected for a Program Analyst role at CohnReznick?
CohnReznick's Program Analyst roles typically require a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related discipline. Familiarity with audit processes, financial reporting, or data analysis tools is commonly expected. For visa sponsorship purposes, your degree must be in a field directly related to the job duties. Candidates with relevant internship experience or prior exposure to professional services firms tend to be more competitive.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take once I receive an offer from CohnReznick?
Timeline depends on your visa type. F-1 OPT can be activated relatively quickly if your EAD is already in hand, but apply for OPT through your DSO at least 90 days before your intended start date. H-1B cap petitions filed in April take effect October 1, creating a gap for some new hires. E-3 and TN processing at a U.S. consulate or port of entry can move faster, often within a few weeks of an approved LCA from DOL.
