Align your credentials to CohnReznick's practice areas
Program Manager roles at CohnReznick often sit within advisory, audit transformation, or internal operations. Framing your experience around project delivery in professional services or financial consulting strengthens your application well before any sponsorship conversation begins.
Confirm your visa category before applying
CohnReznick sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, and F-1 OPT for this role. Knowing which category fits your nationality and status upfront lets you address sponsorship eligibility directly in early recruiter conversations rather than discovering a mismatch after an offer.
Time your OPT application around CohnReznick's hiring cycle
If you're on F-1 OPT, CohnReznick's professional services hiring tends to align with spring and fall intake cycles. Filing your OPT EAD with USCIS at least 90 days before your program end date protects your work authorization window during any offer negotiation.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Program Manager roles at CohnReznick
Migrate Mate filters CohnReznick's Program Manager openings by visa type, so you can surface only roles where your sponsorship category is actively supported and apply without wasting time on positions that don't fit your situation.
Prepare your specialty occupation documentation early
USCIS scrutinizes Program Manager petitions for specialty occupation status. Gather degree transcripts, a detailed job description tying your role to a specific professional field, and any certifications like PMP before your employer begins the H-1B filing process.
Clarify LCA timing with your CohnReznick HR contact
Your employer must file a certified Labor Condition Application with the DOL before submitting your H-1B or E-3 petition. Confirming this step is underway shortly after offer acceptance prevents delays that could affect your start date or grace period.

Find Program Manager at CohnReznick JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does CohnReznick sponsor H-1B visas for Program Managers?
Yes, CohnReznick sponsors H-1B visas for Program Manager roles. Because the H-1B requires a specialty occupation designation, your offer letter and supporting documentation should clearly connect the role to a specific professional discipline. CohnReznick's HR and legal teams typically manage the LCA filing with the DOL and the subsequent USCIS petition, but confirming internal timelines early in the offer process helps avoid gaps in your work authorization.
How do I apply for Program Manager jobs at CohnReznick?
You can browse and apply for Program Manager openings at CohnReznick directly through Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles filtered by visa sponsorship type so you can identify positions that match your immigration situation before applying. CohnReznick's hiring process for this function typically includes a recruiter screen, a competency-based interview focused on cross-functional project delivery, and a final round with practice or operations leadership.
Which visa types does CohnReznick commonly use for Program Manager roles?
CohnReznick sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and J-1 visas for Program Manager positions. H-1B is the most common path for candidates without nationality-specific options. Australian citizens can pursue the E-3, which has no lottery and allows two-year renewable status. Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories may be eligible for TN classification.
What qualifications does CohnReznick expect for sponsored Program Manager candidates?
CohnReznick typically looks for a bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the role, such as business, finance, information systems, or a related discipline, along with demonstrated experience managing projects in a professional services or corporate environment. For visa purposes, the degree field must align with the job's core responsibilities, which becomes important documentation if USCIS issues a Request for Evidence on specialty occupation grounds.
How do I handle the H-1B cap timeline if I receive an offer from CohnReznick?
If you're subject to the H-1B cap, USCIS only accepts petitions during the annual registration window, typically in March, with an October 1 employment start date. If you receive an offer outside that window, CohnReznick may be able to start you on OPT or another bridging status. Confirming your current status and authorization expiry date with your employer immediately after an offer allows both sides to plan around USCIS deadlines.
