Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Manufacturing Jobs at Equipment Depot Jobs
Align Your Resume to Equipment Types
Equipment Depot works specifically with material handling and industrial equipment. Tailor your resume to highlight hands-on experience with forklifts, aerial lifts, or warehouse machinery rather than listing general manufacturing skills that don't map to distribution operations.
Target Roles Tied to Service Operations
Manufacturing positions at Equipment Depot often support service and parts fulfillment rather than traditional production lines. Focus your application on roles that combine technical skills with operational support, since that hybrid profile matches how this company structures its Manufacturing function.
Obtain Relevant Certifications Before Applying
OSHA 10 or 30 certifications and equipment-specific credentials carry real weight in distribution-sector Manufacturing roles. Having these on your resume before you apply signals that you can work on-site without onboarding delays, which matters to employers assessing sponsorship feasibility.
Understand the EB-3 PERM Timeline Early
Green Card sponsorship through PERM requires DOL to certify that no qualified U.S. workers are available for the role. For Manufacturing positions, this process typically takes one to two years before USCIS even reviews the petition, so align your current visa status accordingly.
Confirm Sponsorship Eligibility During the Offer Stage
Before accepting any offer, ask the recruiter directly whether the specific Manufacturing role is approved for employment-based sponsorship. Equipment Depot sponsors selectively, and confirming scope at the offer stage prevents surprises during the filing process with USCIS.
Browse Open Roles on Migrate Mate
Equipment Depot lists Manufacturing openings across multiple locations. Use Migrate Mate to filter for roles at this company that are open to visa sponsorship, so you're only spending time on positions where your immigration status won't be a barrier.

Find Manufacturing at Equipment Depot JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Equipment Depot sponsor H-1B visas for Manufacturings?
Equipment Depot's Manufacturing sponsorship track record is primarily in employment-based Green Card categories rather than H-1B. Most Manufacturing roles in distribution and wholesale operations fall outside the specialty occupation threshold that H-1B requires, meaning a bachelor's degree in a specific technical field must be the standard hiring requirement for the position. Candidates with engineering or technical credentials in a directly relevant discipline have the strongest case for H-1B eligibility.
How do I apply for Manufacturing jobs at Equipment Depot?
Applications go through Equipment Depot's careers page, where Manufacturing roles are listed by location and function. Migrate Mate also aggregates open positions and filters for sponsorship-eligible roles, which saves time if you need to confirm visa support before applying. Tailor your application to the specific equipment types and operational context Equipment Depot works with in the distribution and wholesale sector.
Which visa types does Equipment Depot commonly use for Manufacturing roles?
Equipment Depot has pursued employment-based permanent residency pathways, primarily EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories, for Manufacturing candidates. EB-3 is the more common route for skilled trades and technical positions in distribution operations, as it covers roles requiring at least two years of training or experience. The PERM labor certification process through DOL is the required first step before USCIS can adjudicate either petition.
What qualifications does Equipment Depot expect for sponsored Manufacturing roles?
Equipment Depot's Manufacturing positions in the distribution sector typically require hands-on experience with industrial or material handling equipment, familiarity with service and parts workflows, and relevant safety certifications such as OSHA credentials. Technical roles may require a degree in engineering or a related field, while skilled-trade positions prioritize documented work history and manufacturer-specific certifications over formal education.
How do I know the visa sponsorship process timeline for a Manufacturing role at Equipment Depot?
For Green Card sponsorship, the employer must first complete PERM labor certification with DOL, which can take one to two years depending on audit risk and processing backlogs. Once PERM is certified, USCIS reviews the I-140 immigrant petition before a visa number becomes available. Your priority date and country of birth affect how long you wait after I-140 approval. Confirm which stage Equipment Depot is prepared to initiate before accepting an offer.
