Frame Your Credentials for Tech-Enabled Healthcare
GlobalPoint operates in the Technology and Software space, so position your Healthcare background around digital health, health IT, or data-driven clinical workflows. Hiring managers here respond to candidates who bridge clinical expertise with systems thinking.
Confirm LCA Coverage Before Your Interview
Before your offer stage, verify that GlobalPoint's job posting includes a Labor Condition Application filing with DOL. In tech-sector Healthcare roles, the LCA wage level should match your target title, mismatches between posted level and offered role are a common stall point.
Align Your OPT Start Date with Hiring Cycles
GlobalPoint recruits Healthcare roles on a rolling basis across 49 open positions. If you're on F-1 OPT, request your EAD at least 90 days before your program end date so your authorization is active when an offer comes through, not still pending.
Target Roles That Map Cleanly to TN Categories
TN sponsorship at GlobalPoint is available for Healthcare candidates, but your job title must correspond to a USMCA-listed profession such as Medical Laboratory Technologist or Registered Nurse. Confirm the exact title in the job description before applying, ambiguous titles complicate TN approval at the port of entry.
Build a PERM-Ready Documentation File Early
If GlobalPoint initiates EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship for your Healthcare role, DOL's PERM audit process requires contemporaneous evidence of your qualifications at hire. Gather transcripts, professional licenses, and reference letters now rather than reconstructing them during the filing window.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Open Healthcare Roles
GlobalPoint's Healthcare openings are spread across functions and change frequently. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for visa-sponsored Healthcare positions at GlobalPoint, so you're applying to roles actively open to international candidates rather than guessing from a general careers page.

Find Healthcare at GlobalPoint JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does GlobalPoint sponsor H-1B visas for Healthcares?
GlobalPoint's documented sponsorship activity for Healthcare roles centers on EB-2, EB-3, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN pathways rather than H-1B. If H-1B sponsorship is a requirement for your situation, raise it directly during the offer stage, as sponsorship decisions are ultimately role- and timing-dependent.
Which visa types does GlobalPoint commonly use for Healthcare roles?
GlobalPoint supports F-1 OPT and CPT for early-career and student candidates, TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying Healthcare occupations, and EB-2 or EB-3 for permanent residency pathways. Each route has different employer obligations, so clarify which pathway applies to your specific Healthcare role during the hiring process.
What qualifications does GlobalPoint expect for Healthcare positions?
Expectations vary by function, but Healthcare roles at a tech-focused company like GlobalPoint typically require a relevant degree in health informatics, nursing, clinical sciences, or a related field, often combined with experience in health IT systems, compliance frameworks, or digital health platforms. Professional licensure may also be required depending on the specific role.
How do I apply for Healthcare jobs at GlobalPoint?
Start by browsing GlobalPoint's current Healthcare openings on Migrate Mate, which filters for roles open to visa sponsorship. Once you identify a match, tailor your application to highlight both your clinical or health informatics background and your familiarity with technology-driven workflows, since GlobalPoint operates in the software sector. Confirm sponsorship availability before investing significant preparation time.
How do I plan my timeline around GlobalPoint's sponsorship process?
Timeline depends on your visa pathway. F-1 OPT authorization from USCIS takes up to 90 days, so start that process well before your program ends. TN approval can happen at the port of entry, making it faster. EB-2 and EB-3 permanent residency through PERM involves DOL recruitment requirements and USCIS petition processing that can span one to three years, so factor that into long-term career planning.
