Frame Your Experience Around Clinical Workflows
Customer service roles at medical device companies require fluency in hospital procurement cycles and surgical scheduling. Document specific experience coordinating with clinical staff, OR teams, or biomedical departments before you apply.
Confirm Sponsorship Willingness Before the Final Interview
Globus Medical's hiring decisions for customer service management roles involve operations and HR sign-off. Ask directly whether the position has been flagged for sponsorship eligibility during the offer stage, not after you've completed all interview rounds.
Use Migrate Mate to Target Open Roles Efficiently
Filter for Customer Service Management openings at Globus Medical that are marked as sponsorship-eligible. Migrate Mate surfaces these roles so you're not manually sifting through postings that won't support an H-1B or Green Card pathway.
Align Your Credentials to Specialty Occupation Standards
USCIS requires H-1B roles to qualify as specialty occupations. For customer service management in medical devices, a degree in business, supply chain, biomedical engineering, or a related field strengthens your petition compared to a generalist background.
Understand How TN Status Applies to This Role
Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify for TN status under management consultant or certain scientific categories, but customer service management roles at medical device firms require careful job description alignment. Review the DOL's TN occupational categories before assuming eligibility.
Account for PERM Labor Certification Timelines in Your Plan
If Globus Medical pursues an EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card for your role, the PERM process through DOL typically adds 12 to 18 months before USCIS petition filing. Factor this into your visa status runway, especially if you're on OPT or a short-duration nonimmigrant status.

Find Customer Service Management at Globus Medical JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Globus Medical sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service Managements?
Yes, Globus Medical has sponsored H-1B visas for roles in its customer service and operations functions. Sponsorship is not automatic for every open position, so confirming eligibility with the recruiter early in the process matters. Roles tied to hospital system support or surgical product lines are most commonly associated with sponsorship.
How do I apply for Customer Service Management jobs at Globus Medical?
You can apply directly through Globus Medical's careers page or find sponsorship-eligible openings through Migrate Mate, which filters for positions where visa support has been indicated. Tailor your application to highlight experience in medical device customer operations, clinical account support, or surgical logistics to align with how Globus Medical structures this function internally.
Which visa types does Globus Medical commonly use for Customer Service Management roles?
Globus Medical has used H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, J-1, and employment-based Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for roles in this function. H-1B is the most common route for full-time sponsorship. OPT and CPT allow students and recent graduates to work while completing or following a degree, with H-1B sponsorship often following for strong performers.
What qualifications does Globus Medical expect for Customer Service Management roles?
Globus Medical generally looks for candidates with experience managing customer-facing operations in a regulated industry, ideally medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or surgical equipment. Familiarity with hospital procurement processes, ERP systems, and cross-functional coordination with sales or clinical teams strengthens your profile. A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a health-related field is typically expected.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a role at Globus Medical?
An H-1B petition filed through the annual lottery has an October 1 start date, with registration opening in March. USCIS standard processing runs three to six months after filing. If Globus Medical pursues a Green Card, PERM labor certification through DOL adds 12 to 18 months before the USCIS I-140 petition stage. Premium processing is available for H-1B adjudication if timing is critical.
