SUMMARY
In support to the University’s mission and objectives, the Grant Research and Project Coordinator supports the administration of the Florida Cooperative of Theological Schools Lilly Endowment Grant. This position assists with grant data collection, reporting, communication, and project coordination across partner institutions. The coordinator works with university departments, cooperative partners, and the Steering Committee to help ensure timely reporting, accurate records, and effective implementation of grant activities. This role also supports the preparation of annual and semi-annual reports and conducts research related to grant initiatives and outcomes.
Grant Data Collection and Research
- Coordinates cross-institutional data collection processes related to grant key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Serves as the primary coordinator for data requests among cooperative partners and relevant university offices.
- Maintains grant records, data files, and reporting schedules.
- Prepares and summarizes data for grant reports and internal reviews.
- Researches best practices and emerging trends related to grant initiatives.
- Assists with evaluating and reporting on the impact of grant-funded activities.
Grant Operations & Communication
