You will be expected to adhere to established procedures and guidelines, while maintaining production targets with accuracy. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and clear transactions in accordance with established procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate on dealer inquiries and requests, such as funding inquiries and transaction disputes, providing a positive client experience.
- Utilize automation technologies to optimize transaction processing and account servicing.
- Refer non-standard problems to supervisor or more senior role, adhering to the protocol for non-routine issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable product definitions and operating procedures, including upstream and downstream process flows.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in money movement, with a focus on processing, clearing, servicing, researching, and settling disputes.
- Demonstrated ability to follow prescribed instructions and procedures, with minimal variance from guidelines and protocols.
- Developing proficiency in automation technologies, with the ability to apply these to support and implement optimization initiatives.
- Developing proficiency in client experience, with an understanding of how dealers interact and perceive a brand or business throughout the entire client journey.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Call center experience.
