- Equipment, Laundry Service and Locker Rooms: coordinating all operations relating to non-football varsity uniforms and locker rooms, including but not limited to communication with coaches and student worker oversight
- Community Recreation Program: provide customer service to patrons as well as membership system management and front desk employee mentorship
- Athletic Event Management: lead game-day administrator for m/w soccer, m/w basketball, swim & dive, softball and other events as assigned, including conference and NCAA championship hosting
- Intramurals: market and oversee Intramural sport programming
- Assigned Facilities Responsibilities: assume additional administrative duties as needed
- Primary Contact for Bus Scheduling: serve as the primary contact for our bus company and travel partners for our athletic department trips.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in collegiate or professional athletic facility management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Salary: $52,000-$57,000
