Job Roles at Liberty Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Liberty Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with H-1B specialty occupation standards
Liberty sponsors H-1B visas, which require roles classified as specialty occupations. Focus your application on software engineering, development, or technical positions where a degree in a specific field is a genuine requirement, not just a preference.
Tailor your resume to Liberty's technology focus
Liberty operates in technology and software, so frame your experience around technical skills, systems, and outcomes. Candidates who speak the language of the industry stand out more than those with generic resumes, especially when sponsorship is in the mix.
Understand that sponsorship at Liberty is selective
Liberty's sponsorship activity is modest compared to large-scale tech employers. Position yourself as a strong fit by demonstrating specialized skills that are harder to source domestically, making the sponsorship investment a clear business case for the hiring team.
Research TN visa eligibility if you're Canadian or Mexican
Liberty sponsors TN visas, which are employer-friendly and faster to process than H-1B. If you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship and work in a qualifying role like software engineer or systems analyst, TN sponsorship may be the smoothest path in.
Use a platform that shows verified sponsorship history before applying
Applying to companies without confirming their sponsorship track record wastes time. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your efforts on employers like Liberty who have an active record of filing.

Does Liberty sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Liberty sponsors H-1B visas. Their sponsorship activity is focused rather than high-volume, so competition for sponsored roles tends to be meaningful. Candidates in software, engineering, or other specialty occupation roles within the technology sector are the most likely to be considered for H-1B sponsorship at Liberty.
Which visa types does Liberty sponsor?
Liberty sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, and TN visas. This combination covers a range of international candidates, from recent graduates on OPT to experienced professionals seeking H-1B status and Canadian or Mexican nationals who qualify under the TN category. Liberty does not have a Green Card sponsorship record on file.
What types of roles at Liberty are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Given Liberty's focus on technology and software, sponsored roles are most commonly in technical functions such as software development, engineering, and systems-related positions. These roles align naturally with H-1B specialty occupation requirements and are where Liberty's sponsorship activity has historically been concentrated.
How do I find open sponsored jobs at Liberty?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find Liberty's sponsored job openings. You can filter by company, visa type, and industry to surface roles where sponsorship has been confirmed. This saves time compared to sifting through postings that don't indicate sponsorship status, which is especially important when your work authorization depends on it.
How do I improve my chances of getting sponsored at Liberty?
Because Liberty's sponsorship volume is selective, the strongest applicants demonstrate a clear and specific technical skill set that maps directly to the role. Prepare to address your visa status proactively and professionally, confirm your OPT or TN eligibility if applicable, and make the business case for your hire straightforward for the recruiting team.
