- Track student performance and maintain accurate data records
- Collaborate with teachers, interventionists, and school leadership to align support for students
- Participate in team meetings to review student progress and refine intervention plans
- Communicate student progress with families in a clear and timely manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in Reading, Literacy, or related field preferred
- K-4 Classroom experience is required
- Reading Specialist certification or equivalent experience
- Training in Orton Gillingham or similar structured literacy approach
