Target clinical and specialized medical roles

Understand which visa types they actively support
Riverside Healthcare sponsors H-1B, EB-2, EB-3, TN, and F-1 OPT and CPT candidates. If you're on OPT, apply early, healthcare employers often need lead time to evaluate candidates before committing to H-1B sponsorship at the lottery registration window.
Align your credentials with U.S. licensing requirements
Healthcare roles in the U.S. often require state licensure or board certification alongside a visa. Before applying to Riverside Healthcare, confirm your credentials are recognized or transferable in the state where they operate, this directly affects sponsorship feasibility.
Raise sponsorship early in the hiring conversation
Healthcare employers with an active sponsorship track record, like Riverside Healthcare, are more receptive when candidates demonstrate visa awareness upfront. Mentioning your visa type and timeline in your cover letter signals you understand the process and won't create unexpected delays.
Use verified sponsorship data to prioritize your applications
Not every healthcare employer sponsors visas consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you spend time on employers like Riverside Healthcare that have an established track record rather than guessing from job postings.
Factor in Green Card sponsorship if you're planning long-term
Riverside Healthcare has supported Green Card pathways through EB-2 and EB-3 categories, which are common routes for healthcare professionals. If permanent residency is your goal, ask prospective hiring managers whether the role has historically supported employment-based immigrant visa petitions.
