Tailor your resume to retail account management
Russell Stover sells through mass-market retailers like Walmart, CVS, and Kroger. Highlight experience managing retail accounts, planogram compliance, or distributor relationships. Food and beverage sales experience signals you understand their selling environment immediately.
Verify E-Verify enrollment before applying
Confirm the company is enrolled in E-Verify through the DOL's public database before investing time in the application process. Employers enrolled in E-Verify are already set up to onboard sponsored workers, which removes one barrier from the offer stage.
Clarify CPT and OPT eligibility early in conversations
If you're on F-1 status, Russell Stover has supported both CPT and OPT arrangements for Sales roles. Raise your work authorization status in the initial recruiter screen so both sides know whether the timeline aligns before advancing to interviews.
Time your H-1B discussions around the annual lottery
USCIS opens H-1B registration in March each year, with an October 1 start date. If you're interviewing in Q4 or Q1, frame conversations around having your petition ready for the next registration window so the hiring team understands the timeline.
Search open Sales roles on Migrate Mate
Filter for Russell Stover Chocolates on Migrate Mate to see current Sales openings alongside verified sponsorship history. This helps you prioritize roles where visa support is already established rather than cold-applying and asking about sponsorship later.
Ask specifically about TN visa eligibility for Sales roles
Canadian and Mexican nationals in roles like management consultant or economist may qualify under TN status. Confirm with the recruiter whether your Sales title and job duties map to a qualifying TN category before the offer stage to avoid delays.

Find Sales at Russell Stover Chocolates JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Russell Stover Chocolates sponsor H-1B visas for Sales roles?
Yes, Russell Stover Chocolates has sponsored H-1B visas for Sales positions. Because H-1B sponsorship requires the role to qualify as a specialty occupation, Sales jobs at Russell Stover that involve account strategy, market analysis, or business development tied to a relevant degree field are the most likely to meet USCIS requirements. Raise sponsorship early in the interview process so the team can plan around the annual H-1B registration window.
How do I apply for Sales jobs at Russell Stover Chocolates?
Browse current Sales openings at Russell Stover Chocolates on Migrate Mate, where you can filter by visa sponsorship type to confirm the role supports your work authorization. Apply directly through the company's careers portal, tailor your resume to retail account management or distribution channel experience, and disclose your visa status clearly in the recruiter's initial screening call.
Which visa types does Russell Stover Chocolates use for Sales hires?
Russell Stover Chocolates has used H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visa pathways for Sales roles. OPT and CPT are common entry points for recent graduates, while H-1B is the standard long-term option. TN status is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals whose Sales role maps to a qualifying USMCA occupation category.
What qualifications does Russell Stover Chocolates expect for Sales roles?
Most Sales positions require a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, combined with demonstrated experience in retail or consumer packaged goods account management. Familiarity with mass-market retail channels such as grocery, drug, or club stores is a practical advantage. For H-1B eligibility, the role must require a specific degree field, so how the job description is written matters for sponsorship viability.
How do I plan my timeline if Russell Stover Chocolates offers me a sponsored Sales role?
If you're on F-1 OPT, your employer must file before your OPT expires, and USCIS's cap-gap rule can extend your authorization through September 30 if your H-1B is selected in the lottery. H-1B employment begins October 1 at the earliest. Build at least six months of runway between your offer and any authorization deadline to accommodate filing and USCIS processing time.
