At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
The Mission
Our Global Revenue Enablement organization operates as a unified enablement engine with a clear mission: to equip every audience in our ecosystem with the clarity, content, and skills they need to execute with speed and consistency. As part of the Program Management & Reporting (PM+R) team, you will architect the metrics & signals strategy. Your work will ensure that enablement drives measurable adoption, shortens time-to-value, and directly impacts GTM outcomes.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst who possesses a "jack-of-all-trades" data & AI mentality and an understanding of how people learn and adopt new behaviors. This is not a traditional reporting role where you simply export completion reports from an LMS. This is a strategic builder role for an experienced individual contributor who can operate autonomously. You will own the roadmap for our Business Intelligence (BI) tools, identifying early signals of risk and success. You will partner in the shift in our measurement maturity model from Engagement (Did they take it?) to Proficiency (Did they learn it?) to Adoption (Are they using it?) and finally to Impact (Did it change business outcomes?).
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Metrics
- Metrics & Signals: Define outcome-based metrics & KPIs moving beyond vanity metrics to leading indicators of user adoption and usage.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with enablement stakeholders (Field, Customer, Partner) to establish baseline proficiency metrics & business requirements.
- BI Architecture & Dashboard Construction
- System Ownership: Collaborate with Snowflake’s Data Analytics team to build and maintain the Global Revenue Enablement reporting suite using Sigma, Snowflake & Streamlit.
-
Real-Time Visibility: Collaborate with Snowflake’s Data Analytics team to develop dashboards that provide real-time visibility into the readiness of our GTM teams.
-
Data Storytelling & Strategic Analysis
- Proactive Analysis: Perform ad-hoc deep dives to validate hypotheses (e.g., "Does certification X correlate with higher expansion revenue in the following rollout quarter?").
- Narrative Construction: Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives. You will tell the story of where enablement is working and where we need to pivot in our learning experience.
-
Friction Analysis: Identify "Time to Value" friction points—analyzing where learners stall in their journey and recommending interventions to leadership.
-
AI & Innovation
- Future-Proofing: Partner with the Enablement Tech & Data team to ensure our data infrastructure is "AI-Ready."
- AI Analytics: Experiment with AI-driven analytics to identify patterns to measure qualitative shifts in field behavior.
- Navigating an Evolving Data Stack: Thrive in a dynamic environment where data models shift, while contributing & collaborating closely with infrastructure solution architects to build reporting across maturing schemas.
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience: 5-8+ years in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics. Requires a track record of autonomous execution.
- Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in SQL, experience with Python & AI tools. Experience with Snowflake, Sigma, transformation tools and Cursor is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate abstract business questions into concrete data models and executable queries.
- Communication: You don't just show the chart; you explain the business implication that drives a recommended next step.
Preferred (The "Nice to Haves"):
- Enablement/Education Background: Experience working with Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or EdTech. You understand the difference between a "knowledge gap" and a "skill gap."
- SaaS Consumption Models: Experience analyzing data in a consumption-based business model (analyzing usage trends, burn rates, and adoption curves).
- AI/LLM: Experience or strong interest in how Generative AI can be applied to learning analytics or productivity measurement.
- Data Migration: Experience migrating data between systems.
Why This Role?
- Impact: You are defining how a global organization measures success.
- Visibility: You will define the "source of truth" for organizational readiness.
- Innovation: We are building a modern, AI-accelerated enablement engine. You will have the freedom to test new metrics and build new tools from the ground up.

Align your portfolio to cloud-scale programs
Snowflake's TPM roles consistently involve multi-team coordination across data platform and cloud infrastructure work. Frame your experience around programs with measurable engineering scope, not project management generalities, before you apply.
Confirm your visa category fits the role
TPM positions at Snowflake typically qualify as specialty occupations under H-1B. Verify your degree field aligns with program or engineering management before your employer initiates the LCA filing with DOL.
Target Snowflake's product and platform org structures
Snowflake posts TPM roles across distinct orgs including data engineering, platform reliability, and go-to-market programs. Identifying which org your background fits lets you prioritize openings where your domain experience is directly relevant.
Browse Snowflake TPM openings through Migrate Mate
Sponsorship-confirmed TPM roles can be hard to identify from standard job boards. Use Migrate Mate to filter Snowflake's open Technical Program Manager positions by visa type and find roles where sponsorship is already part of the hiring process.
Prepare for TN status if you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship
Canadian and Mexican citizens qualifying for TN status can start at Snowflake without waiting for H-1B lottery selection. The TN category covers computer systems analysts and engineers, which TPM roles can satisfy depending on the job duties and degree field.

Find Technical Program Manager at Snowflake JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Snowflake sponsor H-1B visas for Technical Program Managers?
Yes, Snowflake sponsors H-1B visas for Technical Program Manager roles. TPM positions generally qualify as specialty occupations because they require at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or information systems. Your employer files a Labor Condition Application with DOL before submitting the H-1B petition to USCIS, so the process starts on Snowflake's end once you have an offer.
How do I apply for Technical Program Manager jobs at Snowflake?
You can apply through Snowflake's careers site or find sponsorship-confirmed openings on Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa type so you can confirm sponsorship eligibility before applying. Tailor your application to the specific org posting the role, since TPM responsibilities at Snowflake vary significantly across platform, data engineering, and enterprise programs teams.
Which visa types does Snowflake commonly use for Technical Program Manager roles?
Snowflake sponsors H-1B, TN, J-1, and F-1 OPT and CPT for Technical Program Manager positions, and supports Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for longer-term employees. H-1B is the most common path for international candidates in this role. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican citizens whose TPM duties fall under qualifying USMCA categories, which can offer a faster start date since it bypasses the H-1B lottery.
What qualifications does Snowflake expect for Technical Program Manager roles?
Snowflake's TPM postings typically require a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, combined with hands-on experience managing large-scale software or infrastructure programs. Familiarity with cloud data platforms, cross-functional engineering coordination, and technical project execution frameworks is consistently reflected across their openings. Senior TPM roles often require prior experience managing programs that span multiple engineering teams or product areas.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Snowflake TPM offer?
For H-1B, expect several months from offer to work authorization if you are subject to the annual lottery, which runs in March with an October 1 start date. USCIS premium processing can reduce adjudication time to around 15 business days once the petition is filed. TN and F-1 OPT extensions move faster. Build at least two to three months of buffer into your planning for any USCIS-dependent filing.
