DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for managing, assessing and analyzing category standardization projects, specialty sourcing programs and projects pursuing product conversions. Works with management to maximize Baptist Health South Florida's purchasing savings through established contracting, category product and supplier review process. Provides detailed operational and workflow analysis of supply chain data to support the supply chain department savings strategies, within the framework of Baptist Health South Florida and its contracts. Works under the guidance of Corporate Supply Chain Manager. Responsible for managing the contracts/major wholesaler related to pricing discrepancies with item master and new item set ups for product conversions. Works independently and collaboratively to manage various projects that involve multiple teams and stakeholders as it relates to Clinical and Non-Clinical category product/equipment and system related conversions that involve all Baptist Health South Florida's entities. Conducts analyses, develops actionable reports per each entity for tracking conversion compliance on diverse programs and categories. Responsible for all analytics, forecasting, post audits and local pricing agreements.
Estimated salary range for this position is $63918.68 - $83094.28 / year depending on experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degrees:
- Bachelors.
Additional Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Science and a minimum of 5 years Supply Chain or related work experience.
- Healthcare preferred but not required.
- Strong proficiency with various analytics preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Analytical and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to resolve problems and develop partnerships with internal departments and key stakeholders to effectively communicate and execute the Supply Chain savings initiatives, and drive system-wide product conversions and projects.
- Requires advanced computer skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task and apply independent judgment in a demanding and fast paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook.
- Advanced with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in working with an ERP environment is preferred.
