Responsibilities
- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Controller (part-time) to lead our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our accounting processes
- This pivotal role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while supporting strategic decision-making across the organization
- Oversee all financial and accounting activities including financial reporting, general ledger maintenance and audit preparation
- Partner with leadership on strategic financial decisions: capital investments, pricing, and growth opportunities
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulatory standards, and internal controls to maintain transparency and accountability
- Develop and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports that detail variance analysis, and cash flow forecasts
- Work closely with the sales and project management teams to support contract negotiations by reviewing terms related to budgets, timelines, and scope of work
- Participate in annual budgeting process providing job level financial analysis
- Lead, coach and develop the accounting team on best practices, accountability and cross-functional collaboration
Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
