Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for CRM platforms and related software, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.

- Assist users with desktop support tasks, including hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and operating system issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Support network troubleshooting efforts involving VPNs, firewalls, TCP/IP protocols, DNS configurations, LAN setups, and Active Directory management.
- Collaborate with IT teams to maintain and optimize IT infrastructure components such as Microsoft Windows Server environments and GPO (Group Policy Objects).
- Troubleshoot computer hardware problems related to equipment such as mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Conduct analysis of technical issues using strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement solutions swiftly.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with help desk systems for efficient ticket management.
