Responsibilities

• Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and updating customer information using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office tools
• Assist with administrative tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence
• Support office management duties including inventory tracking, basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Handle clerical responsibilities like filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies to keep the workspace efficient

Skills

• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients effectively
