Job Title: Global Campaign Manager - Demand Generation
Location: Fully Remote Role
Duration: 05+ Months Contract with Possible Extension
Pay Range: $53-$55 Per Hour on W2
Job Description:
As the Client - Platform Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our core platform initiatives by strategically developing, executing, and optimizing impactful marketing campaigns on a 6-month contract basis. You will be the central point of contact for leveraging global campaign assets and tailoring them to resonate with our platform audiences—specifically IT and Security leaders—ultimately contributing to pipeline growth and revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, excellent communication abilities, and a data-driven mindset who can hit the ground running.
Location: U.S. remote, ideally near a Client hub (SF, Toronto, Chicago, Bellevue, DC, NYC)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver breakthrough ideas and innovative, integrated Client Platform campaigns to reach key IT and Security buyers within our prospect targets.
- Quarterback across the entire marketing team (product marketing, web, PR, online, email, database, etc.) to ensure high-quality and timely campaign execution.
- Partner with the Digital team to implement campaign plans, manage budgets, and set up supporting systems.
- Optimize Client Platform campaign results and apply successful global strategies to specific platform goals.
- Work with digital and campaigns teams to customize global marketing materials for platform-specific needs.
- Analyze campaign results and optimize to increase engagement, lead quality, conversion rates, program performance, and the effectiveness of marketing expenses.
- Partner with the ABM team to ensure strategic alignment, content development, and ongoing performance optimization.
- Support surge campaigns with global program management, translation, and activation.
Qualifications
- Ideal candidates must have 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation: marketing experience in a role managing ROI-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns targeted at current customers as well as a strong background working closely with cross-functional teams.
- [Highly Recommended] Familiarity with the cybersecurity, SaaS, or Identity and Access Management (IAM) space is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning customer campaigns and driving success.
- Knowledge of database marketing initiatives and practices.
- Track record for delivering under tight deadlines and the ability to quickly onboard and drive immediate impact within a 6-month contract timeframe.
- Highly self-motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you may have to wear multiple hats.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple initiatives.
- Proven communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce. Marketo and Tableau are a plus.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
