What You'll Do as a Business Development Manager
- Full-cycle sales: Own the entire sales process, from prospecting and outreach through contract execution, within Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Long-Term Care (LTC) organizations.
- Territory development and market expansion: Identify high-value target accounts and build your territory management and market growth strategy.
- Consultative and clinical value selling: Present the ROI of our physician-led wound care model to C-suite executives, facility administrators, and other decision-makers.
- Relationship management: Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners, administrators, and regional directors.
- Team collaboration: Share field intelligence, surface customer needs, and contribute to a sales strategy that lifts everyone.
About the Travel: A True Road Warrior Role
This is a field-based medical sales role with extensive nationwide travel. Expect to be on the road 4–5 days per week, including overnight stays, visiting Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Long-Term Care facilities in markets across the United States.

- Team-first mindset with the drive to perform independently
