What you will do
The Brand Manager of Innovation will build the innovation strategy for Digestive Health brands (Pepcid®, Imodium®) in the US Markets, develop a future pipeline for the market, & execute current innovation pipeline projects. The Manager will work with a cross-functional team of R&D, supply chain, packaging engineering, design, and marketing leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an innovation strategy for the US market, ensuring that it delivers against the brand growth plans, positioning Brands to grow HHP and market share, while delivering Sales goals.
- Leverage data-driven insights and emerging market trends to build compelling brand pipelines that differentiate Brands in a competitive landscape.
- Collaborate closely with key functions in Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute new product innovation projects.
- Ensure plans meet customer and consumer needs, exceeding customer hurdle rates, elevating brand equity and driving market share growth.
- Manage and optimize the innovation budget to maximize ROI.
- Foster a culture of creativity, agility, and continuous improvement with cross-functional team.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative, engaging campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
- OTC or Personal/Self Care experience.
- Proven track record of leading successful brand innovation projects that resulted in measurable business growth and enhanced consumer engagement.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills combined with a creative mindset to develop disruptive marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex market data and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt marketing strategies in a dynamic environment.
What’s in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$124,100.00 - $175,200.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
